Advent Square Assisted Living / Memory Care
In February 2011 Advent Square open an Assisted Living Facility with special care towards Memory Care. The facility is licensed for 16 residents which 14 are private and 2 are semi-priavte. Each resident is required to provide a Form 1823 upon entrance. The facility has lock down capability.
Private Room Rate: $3,995 Month
Semi-Private Room Rate: $3,395 Month
Incontenance Fee $ 100 Month
Dietary Restrictions (Open)
Entry Fee $1,500
Price rate for residents remains fixed during their stay at our facility. The only additional charges would be for incontenance and special dietary needs.
